Deciding Which Filter To Use

I found this interesting subject growing from a tree in Colorado and not sure what it is, but I liked it. I went to Nik Software Color Efex Pro, and Topaz Simplify for some different looks. Here is the original with just some basic processing in Photoshop.

    HI Mike, this looks like the seed head of a clematis. Love all the filters, but I’m partial to the Topaz Simplify version.
