Great Quote by Ansel Adams

Posted: January 14, 2016 in Uncategorized
When a photographer is criticizing other photographers for the way they process their images, whether it be through HDR or any of the amazing tools we have for post processing, try and remember this quote from the most revered photographer of all time. This applies even more today in the digital days then it did in the films.
Please in your mind, insert into the quote “or women” along with the men.
“No man has the right to dictate what other men should perceive, create or produce, but all should be encouraged to reveal themselves, their perceptions and emotions, and to build confidence in the creative spirit.” – Ansel Adams –
AMEN!

Great quote! I used that quote when someone was critical about a photo I took of a river because I used a 2 second exposure. He said it wasn’t “natural”.
