I was in Carlsbad, California teaching a Macro Boot Camp and had some extra days to go shoot, so a half mile away was the ocean, and I had some fun shooting what ever I could fine.
Shooting at high f-stops like f/32 to get the whole image in focus.
Here is some nice abstract patterns in the sand.

The low sun on the horizon has created a nice glow on the textures in the sand.
Water washing over the rocks
Here I am thinking of my next move.
I don’t know how these Californians can live in a place that has sunshine and pleasant temps everyday. 🙂
