Images That Work Best With Flypaper Textures

Posted: December 23, 2011 in Uncategorized

See my previous post about the Flypaper Textures Here

The flypaper textures work the best with images that have a lot of negative space. Here are three images where the background was a solid color with no details. The textures fill in those blank areas adding an artistic feel.

These all had lots of empty space where the flypaper textures really added a nice touch.

Great, how wonderfull is to let the imagination go away.

This has been exactly my personal experience. (Although I must admit that I have seen some amazing texture work done by others when there was little negative space.)

Great stuff! You mention Photoshop Elements quite a bit, not Photoshop CS5.x. Do you use Elements exclusively for touch-ups and shy away from CS5.x? Let us know. Thanks, Mike.
