  1. Mike,

First and foremost, I respect your work and your opinion. But $59 for an e-book? I’m sure it’s full of great information, no doubt. However, e-books are supposed to be CHEAPER than a traditional book. I was ready to purchase this one but was floored to see the price.

Then I see that the e-book is comes via snail mail on a CD!? The whole advantage of an electronic book is that is instantly accessible via download upon purchase.

I respectively think you’re way off the mark on this one.

  2. Hey Thomas, If I would have had a book like this when I started I would have saved thousands of dollars in mistakes. So $59.00 is a small price to pay for the savings from all my experience and the mistakes I made.

I have never seen a book or e-book covering the amount of ways to sell your nature photography that I do here, I’ve done it all, and made money at all of it.

And if you want it now I can send you the PDF, but for me I like CDs as if a computer crashes and it’s not back up somewhere else I always have a copy handy.

I bought John Shaw’s e-book on Photoshop CS3 and I like that I got a CD, but as I said if you want it right away, go ahead and order the e-book at http://www.MikeMoatsBooks.com and I’ll send you the PDF by email instead of a CD. Make sure you put it in the comment section that you want the PDF.

  3. I think the price is a bit hefty, to be sure. But if it really provides ‘insider info’ and can help one avoid mistakes it seems like it would be worth the price. Sounds like one is paying for more than just the book….a premium for the experience. I decided to give it a whirl and purchased a copy!

  4. Hey Howard, thanks for the sale and If I had some of the info in this e-book I would have saved thousands of dollars in mistakes,

I bought the wrong tent set up for the art shows,
    lost $900.00

Bought the wrong walls for art shows,
    lost $500.00

    Experiment doing craft shows,
    lost around $1,000.00

Used a middle man when ordering my book, Tiny Landscapes.
    Lost, thousands ?

Wasted time which is money, trying to get into galleies and art shows I didn’t belong in.

And many other mistakes on a smaller $ scale.

If you get one sales from the advice in the book you will get your money back.

I would have paid twice as much if I could have saved the money I lost.

  5. Mike:

I’ve seen your display at the Art store in Laurel Park Place mall, so I might come to the Great Lakes Art Fair to see your display and the rest of the show. Excellent marco work!
